![]() ![]() Friends of the Falling Water TrailThe Falling Water Trail is a 10.5 mile linear trail based on the old Michigan Central railroad bed. It runs between Weatherwax Drive and the village of Concord, Michigan. This trail connects Spring Arbor and Concord townships and crosses Lime Lake on an old causeway. A linear park is a long, narrow park with limited access that is ideal for activities such as bicycling, hiking, nature study, jogging, inline skating and cross-country skiing. The conversion of abandoned railroad right-of-ways into linear parks is one of the most exciting transportation and recreation developments of the century. Over 1000 such trails are already in operation across the country. Learn More! |
