• 50% deposit required by cash, check, money order or credit card
• Pricing is based on double room occupancy. Additional charge for additional persons
• Higher rates apply during special events - call for rate quote.
• 2-weeks advance cancellation notice required for all refunds less $25.00 handling charge
• No refunds and full price will apply for cancellations under 7 days
• Michigan International Speedway Race weekends: 2-night minimum and 30-day cancellation notice
• No smoking
• Pets allowed with prior arrangements and additional fees may apply
• Horses permitted with prior arrangements.
• No children except on scheduled Family or Kid-Friendly dates.
• Children must be supervised on B&B grounds at all times.
• Children may not use the swimming pool or hot tub without prior written permission.

“This home completely wraps itself and embraces you like a puzzle piece! ...My flowers are gorgeous, the cookies and candy were excellent, the food was phenomenal and all the amenities were perfect. We had 3 cozy fires at night to accompany our shooting pool, watching a movie and tasting marshmallows! The hot tub under the stars really finishes off a busy day and helps “tuck you in” to bed! Oh!
